These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of realpcbottleneckcalculator.com (the "Site") and its BottleNeck Calculator tool (the "Tool"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Description of Service

BottleNeck Calculator is a free tool that estimates whether a given CPU/GPU pairing is likely to be limited by the CPU or the GPU, based on a specified use case and target resolution. The Tool runs entirely in your browser and requires no account or payment.

Estimates, Not Guarantees

The bottleneck percentages, FPS figures, and suggestions produced by the Tool are illustrative estimates derived from relative performance indices built on aggregated third-party benchmark data. They are intended to help you compare parts and guide purchasing or upgrade decisions — they are not measured benchmarks, and they do not guarantee any specific frame rate, rendering speed, or level of performance for any particular game, application, or system configuration. Actual results will vary based on your exact hardware, drivers, software, settings, and other factors outside our control.

No Warranty

The Site and the Tool are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Tool's output will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purchasing or build decision you make based on it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BottleNeck Calculator and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or the Tool — including any purchasing decision, PC build, or upgrade made based on its output.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt its normal operation, scraping it in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The design, layout, text, and code that make up the Site are our property or used under license, except where noted. CPU and GPU names referenced in the Tool are trademarks of their respective owners (Intel, AMD, Nvidia, and others); BottleNeck Calculator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Site evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
